Thai Manual Therapy is a full manual treatment where no oils or lotions are used at all. You will be fully clothed during the treatment and will have the comfort of blankets and yoga props to support your body. The combination or stretching and acupressure techniques allow the body to lengthen and stretch out naturally alleviating pain and stiffness in common problem areas. Thai Therapy is also used to boost the immune system, energy levels, and help with symptoms of depression and anxiety.
