You and I will take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan. We will change the relationship you have with food so you can enjoy the foods you love, use them as part of your meal plan, and track proper daily amounts to help you get the results that you want. There is no such thing as dieting here. It's all about eating to fuel and eating to recover.
We can work out together whether you come into my Studio, Meet me in a Zoom Class or Enrol in a Personal Training Program Using my Special App. Either way, you can accomplish your goals, work out at your own level and progress yourself when needed to Build Strength, become Leaner, More Toned, and Feel Better about yourself on the inside and out.

My Thai Yoga Stretching Sessions will leave you feeling relaxed, more mobile, and able to move with more freedom after each treatment. Stretching is extremely important whether you are Training Consistently, or just trying to get through your daily activities with less pain. I will take you through a full body manual stretching treatment where you can just relax, and give yourself permission to unwind and release the tension that has built up in your body day to day.

Other Life events are getting in your way and you aren't sticking with the plans that you have for yourself.
